Roy Keane taunted by Jamie Carragher as Man Utd star labelled 'dreadful'

The former Real Madrid striker was dropped by then-caretaker boss Michael Carrick ahead of November’s Premier League draw with Chelsea.

Carragher and Keane clashed in the Sky Sports studio after the game, with Keane telling Carragher had Ronaldo had joined to win trophies – including the FA Cup.

“What was the point in signing him? He’s [36],” Carragher quizzed.

Keane hit back: “To win trophies! It’s about trophies. Did you win the FA Cup?”

The former England defender pointed out that he had won the FA Cup.
