As the two teams gear up to clash against each other for the second time in the IPL 2023, let’s have a look at four players who can score most runs in the match.

Ravichandran Ashwin: The veteran off-spinner is currently the leading run-scorer for his team. He has picked 13 wickets at an average of 20.61 and an economy rate of 7.24.

In his previous outing against SRH this season, he picked one wicket for 27 runs in four overs. Overall, he has played 10 wickets in 17 matches at an average of 45.40 and an economy rate of 7.

Trent Boult: The opening burst from the New Zealand pacer will again hold a lot of importance. Boult has picked ten wickets in eight matches at an average of 26.20 and an economy rate of 8.45.

In his first outing against SRH this season, he picked two wickets for 21 runs in four overs. Overall, the left-arm fast bowler has 13 scalps in 10 matches at an average of 23.30 and an economy rate of 7.87.

Mayank Markande: The 25-year-old leg-spinner is the leading wicket-taker for Hyderabad at the moment. He has picked 11 wickets in seven matches at an average of 16.63 and an economy rate of 6.53.

He has been impressive in the last two outings, picking one for 29 against KKR and two for 20 versus Delhi Capitals. He did not play in the first match against RR this season. Markande hasn’t picked any wicket in his three outings against RR so far and that should motivate him further.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar: The experienced pacer could emerge as the top wicket-taker for his team. He failed to take any wicket in the first match against the opposition this season and also leaked 36 runs in three overs.

The 33-year-old would be aiming to avenge himself in the upcoming match. In nine matches so far, he has picked eight wickets at an average of 30.87 and an economy rate of 7.96. Bhuvneshwar has played 15 matches against SRH and picked 14 wickets at an average of 33.57 and an economy rate of 8.17.
