Yep – for every flight you book, you get a second ticket on the same flight completely free. Which could make for an excellent gift for a loved one, whether you’re looking to plan a romantic getaway or treat your best friend to a well-deserved break.

The offer is valid on one million seats across its network, including heaps of brilliant European city break destinations.

You can already book the deals on the Ryanair website here but you’ll need to so by midnight on November 26 when the sale ends.

The offers are valid for travel betweenDecember 1, 2021 through to February 18, 2022, so it’s ideal timing if you’ve been thinking of treating yourself to a Christmas markets getaway or just want to make the most of a long weekend away during the festive season.

If you are going to make use of the deal, you’ll need to buy a Value fare ticket. This is Ryanair’s cheapest ticket option, which includes a small cabin bag, such as a handbag or laptop bag. If you want to bring a second cabin bag on board, you’ll need to pay extra.

Prices start from £8 depending on the option you choose – you can see Ryanair’s full list of fees here for more information.

Travel rules apply during the pandemic, so always check the latest Foreign Office advice before booking and going on a trip. This will include key information such as entry rules for a country (for example whether you need to have a PCR test or show proof of vaccination), local Covid rules and any other restrictions you need to be aware of.

At the time of writing there are no countries on the UK’s red lists which means that anyone returning to the UK from abroad won’t be required to stay in a quarantine hotel. There are still other rules in place, but these differ depending on your Covid vaccination status.

If you’re fully vaccinated, you’ll need to take a PCR test or lateral flow test on day two back in the UK.

If you’re unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, you’ll need to take a pre-departure test, as well as PCR tests on days two and eight of your return. You’ll also be required to self-isolate for 10 days.
