Saif Ali Khan BREAKS SILENCE on reports of reuniting with Shah Rukh Khan for a suspenseful thriller | Bollywood Bubble

It was recently reported that Saif Ali Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are set to collaborate for a film. PeepingMoon earlier reported that Saif will star in a film produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. The report further stated that Saif will play the role of a cop in the upcoming thriller. The report also mentioned that the suspenseful thriller is currently in the pre-production stage and that the team will begin shooting in the first week of February. Furthermore, it also said that the film is tentatively titled Kartavya and will be directed by Pulkit.

Saif Ali Khan, who recently returned back home from his New Year’s vacation, refuted rumours of collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan. Speaking with ETimes, Saif Ali Khan clarified that there is no truth in the rumours.

ETimes quoted him saying, “I wish it were true. Haven’t heard a thing about it.”

Shah Rukh Khan and Saif were earlier seen together in Kal Ho Naa Ho. King Khan played the role of Aman Mathur whereas Saif was seen as Rohit in the film.

Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy with his upcoming film Pathaan. King Khan will be seen sharing screen space with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in Pathaan. Recently, on Deepika’s birthday, Shah Rukh Khan treated fans with a new poster of the actress. Deepika looks fierce in the new poster. The film is slated to release on 25^th Janaury, 2023. Fans are beyond excited for it.

King Khan also has Dunki and Jawan in the pipeline.

Saif, on the other hand, will be seen in Adipurush with Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage. Adipurush teaser was released last year and it received mixed reactions. Fans are excited to see Saif as Raavan. The film is expected to release this year.
