Sally Field embraces grey hair in rare red carpet appearance

The actress appeared at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Thursday at the Palm Springs Convention Center.

Sally herself was due on stage to present the Vanguard Award to The Fabelmans team including Steven Spielberg and Michelle Williams.

She sported a black leather jacket over a black turtleneck top along with a statement bright pink floor-length skirt.

The Steel Magnolias star proudly wore her greying locks as her natural soft curls almost touched her black-rimmed glasses.

Sally stars in the upcoming sports comedy 80 For Brady and alongside the likes of Jane Fonda and Tom Brady himself.
