An Ontario building that became known because of Schitt’s Creek is up for grabs.

A home attached to a storefront building in Goodwood, Ont., was known as Rose Apothecary on the extremely popular and successful show. Dan Levy played the character who owned the store on Schitt’s Creek.

It is for sale for $2.35 million, according to the listing for the property.

The property has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a one-car detached garage and an unfinished basement.

We apologize, but this video has failed to load.

The listing reads: “Landmark building full of history, even before being featured on popular Canadian TV series!”

Previously the mansion and motel featured on Schitt’s Creek also went up for sale.
