A SCOTS easyJet flight was delayed after ‘female passengers’ were involved in an onboard brawl.
The journey, from Edinburgh to Bodrum, Turkey, was delayed for 30 minutes when a disturbance took place between four passengers on Wednesday, August 31.
A source told the Daily Record the travellers were removed from the flight for “behaviour troubles”.
A spokesperson for easyJet said: “We can confirm that flight EZY6946 from Edinburgh to Bodrum on August 31 was met by police on arrival as a result of four passengers onboard behaving disruptively.
“EasyJet’s cabin crew are trained to assess and evaluate all situations and to act quickly and appropriately to ensure that the safety of the flight and other passengers is not compromised at any time.”
In a separate incident, we told how an unruly passenger was allegedly choked unconscious after a “drunken” fist fight erupted on an easyJet flight.
The airline crew was forced to intervene to restrain two male passengers allegedly involved in a violent clash, causing the next flight to be delayed over 12 hours.
