The TikTok star, who has over 958,000 followers on the popular app, decided to stay in Glasgow.

Her friend, Dario, had previously stayed in Scotland for a year and decided to show her around the city.

When the pair got hungry, Dario told Kacie that he knew a good “Scottish place” where they could grab some lunch.

But fans were left in stitches when Kacie revealed that Dario had actually taken her to Greggs.

Kacie recommended the popular bakery chain to her followers in the TikTok video, which she captioned: “Listen Gregg know what hes doing. HI SCOTLAND!!!”

Speaking in the clip, she says: “So, we’re in Scotland – surprise!

“We’re in Glasgow right now, we just got here and we’re in Scotland for the next five days. We’re travelling around.”

Pointing to her friend, she added: “Dario lived in Scotland for like a whole year, so Dario is going to be the one that knows everything.

“We’re starving and Dario was like ‘we gotta go to the place, I know a place and we’re gonna get a little snack’.

“I said ‘great!’. So let’s go.”

Kacie showed the outside of the large Greggs branch as text on the screen read: “It’s called Greggs and apparently its a chain place in Scotland”.

In the video, she said: “It smells incredible in here. So many options, I want a steak bake.”

Kacie also decided to indulge on some Scottish delicacies when in the fast food joint and bought a bottle of Irn Bru.

She said: “Dario says that I have to try this drink that’s apparently only in Scotland?”

Reading the back, she added: “Wow – secret recipe since 1901. well bottoms up!

“I don’t even know how to describe it It’s like chewing gum mixed with orange.

“I got a meat pie too… Oh yeah, that was as good as I expected it to be.

“I like Scotland”.

Since it was posted, the video quickly racked up more than 401,600 views as well as 35,200 likes, 960 comments and 190 shares.
