The tease continues for ‘Scream VI’, which looks set to be the darkest film in the franchise so far.
The newly release ‘Big Game Spot’ gives fans an extended look at the tense ladder chase sequence that was hinted at in the official trailer. It looks like Mindy (Jasmin Savoy Brown) and Sam (Melissa Barrera) could both be in trouble if this new trailer is anything to go by.
Along with the trailer is a new poster that puts a ‘Guess Who?’ spin on the franchise as fans already speculate as to who the new killer(s) might be. See it below:
‘Scream VI’ sees the return of Barrera, Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Jenna Ortega and Courteney Cox. It also marks the return of Hayden Panettiere as fan favourite character Kirby Reed, who was last seen in ‘Scream 4’.
New cast members include Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.
‘Scream VI’ is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett, and it’s written by James Vanderbilt & Guy Busick based on characters created by Kevin Williamson.
