The property, called ‘Casa Blanca‘, has a pool, direct access to a hidden beach and 180° sea views from the garden.

Casa Blanca is also one of the few properties on the island to have a private nightclub with a working sound system, speakers, professional DJ equipment, and club lighting.

There are two sea-view terraces. The smaller one has a dining area and sofas, while the roof terrace has a huge cocktail table.

Casa Blanca is great for events, from birthday parties to family gatherings and weddings, and it can accommodate up to 80 people.

The industrial kitchen has a professional oven, a barbeque, a water grill, a microwave, two coffee machines, two big toasters, two kettles, and a dishwasher.

You’ll also have access to an industrial fridge with a massive freezer for all your drinks and ice.

Once the event ends, the villa can sleep up to 16 people across its nine bedrooms.

The double bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, air-con, a safe box, hairdryer and tv, big windows with views or a balcony.

Five bedrooms have king beds, while the remaining three have queen beds.

If you’re bringing little ones, cots are also available.

You can rent the villa from £1,920 per night, which works out at £119pp per night when sharing with 16.

There’s also room for up to two dogs for an extra charge of £106.

The property is located in Santa Eulària del Rio, on the eastern coast of Ibiza.

This resort is known as one of the island’s more relaxed ones, away from the clubs and nightlife part of the island.

However, a bus will take you to Ibiza Town, where all the action happens, in about 20 minutes.
