Selling Sunset’s unlikely power couple Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause are no more – but Jason has nothing but good things to say about his ex.
The pair left fans of the hit Netflix show shocked earlier this year when they announced their romance to the world via social media.
But their dalliance lasted just five months before they decided to call it a day.
It seems though that the pair remain on very good terms with Jason calling Chrishell “the most amazing girlfriend I’ve ever had”.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, he said: “While Chrishell and I are no longer together, we remain best friends and we will always love and support one another.
“She was the most amazing girlfriend I’ve ever had, and it was the happiest and most fulfilling relationship of my life.”

He went on to admit that the main reason for their split was their differing views on a future family.
The Oppenheim Group boss continued: “While we have different wants regarding a family, we continue to have the utmost respect for one another.
“Chrishell is an exceptional human being and loving her and having her in my life is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.”
In an interview with People last year, Chrishell, 40, confessed she was freezing her eggs following her split from her now-ex husband Justin Hartley.
She said: “I’m going to do everything I can to take that power in the situation, and hopefully, that will empower me going forward in the dating world, so there’s not so much pressure,” she said at the time.”
Within a year she was officially dating her 44-year-old reality TV co-star, explaining she had found shifting from best friends to lovers “easy” with Jason.

She told E! News: “I actually think that’s kind of where the easy transition came about because we were working so much together as it was, and we work so well together.”
The duo made their red carpet debut together in August at the premiere of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, but have now called time on their romance.
While Jason has released his gushing statement, Chrishell is yet to publicly address the split.
