“It’s not a fling and they are seriously in love,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “And they will be fully open about their relationship now.”

The GMA3: What You Need to Know co-hosts made headlines in November when the Daily Mail published photos of the colleagues cozying up to one another in New York City. Both Robach, 49, and Holmes, 45, were still married at the time, although they were each separated when the affair became public.

They were quickly benched by ABC bosses from their daytime gig with no timeline given on when they’ll return to air.

“Amy has no regrets,” the insider adds. “She wants to keep her job, but even if she loses it, she’s in love.”

Both Robach and Holmes quickly found themselves fodder for jokesters on social media after their dalliance was revealed. But the fallout has only brought them closer.

“Amy and T.J. are sticking together and putting on a united front,” another insider tells Us Weekly. “They really only have each other right now.”

Following news that the pair had left their spouses to be with one another, multiple videos of the work colleagues being flirty on-air started circulating on social media.

In one viral clip from March, which is when their affair allegedly began, Robach and Holmes appeared together to talk about training for the New York City Marathon with one another.

“I run behind you and you keep the pace,” Holmes says. “I don’t have to worry about these things.”

He then asks playfully, “If you are the pacer, does that make me the pacee?”

“Yes. But we’re going to both be finishers,” Robach fires back, before giving him a shove. “That’s what counts.”

“He knew he was getting caught when she said they’re both finishers,” one person commented on the clip, with another slamming the pair for being “so bold and obvious.”

After weeks of keeping quiet, Holmes’ estranged wife, Marilee Fiebig, broke her silence on the scandal that has thrust her into the limelight.

“During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee’s sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter (Sabine),” Fiebig’s attorney Stephanie Lehman said in a statement to the Daily Mail.

The lawyer added, “Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter.”

Before embarking on romance with his workmate, Holmes, who married Fiebig in 2010, praised Robach’s relationship with her estranged husband Andrew Shue, saying the pair had a “love story like none other.”

In response to the news Shue, who tied the knot with Robach in 2010, removed all traces of the TV personality from his Instagram account.

Just months before their affair allegedly began, the Melrose Place star gushed about Robach‘s success at blending their families in December 2021.

“Anybody who’s blended a family knows that when you’re bringing together different parenting styles it is very hard,” Shue said in a joint interview with Robach on The View as they promoted their children’s book, Better Together.

“I give Amy all the credit for really sticking with it, because there were a lot of times where I was kind of the problem in figuring out how to create a playbook together,” he explained. “I resisted. It’s tough to have two playbooks. You have to have one playbook. And when you’re married for the first time, it’s obvious you have one playbook. And Amy has brought so much to my boys, discipline and love. It’s really been a journey.”

When asked why they waited so long to write the book, Shue replied, “We needed to make sure it was a happy ending.”
