Man, she feels like a (different) woman.
Shania Twain stepped out ahead of the release of her her album, “Queen of Me,” on Wednesday, attending a Republic Records event in Los Angeles with a totally new look.
The singer impressed fans much with her long, platinum blond hair and orange silk outfit, posing with Kim Petras, Yung Gravy and more stars at the party.
Twain, 57, has been experimenting with her look as of late, recently rocking a bubblegum dye job instead of her usual flowing brunette locks.
She also sported a towering black mohawk for a photoshoot with InStyle last month, and told the magazine that she’s ready to push the boundaries when it comes to her appearance.
“I’m way more fearless than I would’ve been [before]. Years ago, I would’ve been more conscientious about, ‘Is this too over-the-top?’” she said. “I’m more adventurous now and I’m just excited about what is new and what I can experiment with. I just love fashion for that.”
And experiment she has, baring more skin than ever on and off the red carpet — including the sheer leopard-print Rodarte gown she wore to the 2022 People’s Choice Awards, where she was honored with the Music Icon award and performed her greatest hits.
The “Any Man of Mine” singer even posed topless for the cover of her latest single, “Waking Up Dreaming,” revealing that she feels more confident than ever.
“I am a woman in my late 50s, and I don’t need to hide behind the clothes. I can’t even tell you how good it felt to do nude shooting,” she told People at the time. “I was just so unashamed of my new body, you know, as a woman that is well into my menopause. I’m not even emotional about it; I just feel okay about it.”
While “Queen of Me” comes out on Feb. 3, Twain is sure to make an appearance on the Grammys 2023 red carpet the following day — though she may be hard to recognize at first.
