Sharjah snatch 1-0 win over Al Dhafra

SHARJAH, 9th April, 2023 (WAM) — Salem Musallam’s second-half goal was the difference for Sharjah in a 1-0 home win over Al Dhafra in matchweek 22 of the ADNOC Pro League on Sunday.

The hosts found the breakthrough and took the lead fifteen minutes after the hour-mark when Salem Saleh Musallam timed his run perfectly to head in Miralem Pjanic’s cross.

The result means that Sharjah jumped to the third spot with 42 points, while Al Dhafra remained bottom of the table with 8 points.
