Shark Tank India: Vineeta Singh, Piyush Bansal, Anupam Mittal at loggerheads over same pitch: Kya karrae ho?

In a new promo for an upcoming episode of Shark Tank India, sharks–Vineeta Singh, Piyush Bansal, Anupam Mittal and Namita Thapar will be seen clashing with each other over the same pitch. While Piyush’s sudden change of discussion leaves Vineeta questioning him, Anupam tells Namita that her opinion doesn’t matter on the show. The new clip introduces several pitchers trying to score a deal. While not all of them succeed to impress the shark, one brand leaves the sharks fighting among each other. Piyush Bansal says, “Guys, I’m changing the game”, as he offers a bigger deal to the pitch which already received an investment offer from Vineeta Singh.

But, Piyush tells them to confirm his offer ‘right now.’ Reacting to him, Vineeta Singh tells him, “Kya kar rahe ho aap (What are you doing)?” Piyush replies, “Meri marzi (my choice).” After this, Anupam Mittal is seen saying, “I think it was messy and dirty.” “I disagree,” responds Namita Thapar, to which Anupam says, “It doesn’t matter what you think.”

Reacting to the upcoming episode which appears to be full of drama, a fan took to the comment section and wrote, “Ab hoga ghamasaan (Now there will be a fight).” Some also seemed impressed with Piyush’s comeback to Vineeta during their war of words.

Shark Tank India season 2 is hosted by comedian Rahul Dua. It features six sharks – Anupam Mittal (founder-CEO of Shaadi.com), Aman Gupta (co-founder-CMO of boAt), Namita Thapar (executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (co-founder-CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics), Peyush Bansal (founder-CEO of Lenskart.com) and Amit Jain (co-founder-CEO of CarDekho Group and InsuranceDekho.com).

The previous season of the show included Ashneer Grover, (co-founder of BharatPe), and Ghazal Alagh, (co-founder of Mamaearth). However, they didn’t return for the ongoing season despite huge popularity. Talking about it, Ashneer recently said that he does not even follow what was happening on Shark Tank India season 2. He said after he came to know that he was not a part of season 2, he unfollowed all sharks on social media as he wanted to move on.

The first episode of Shark Tank India season 2 premiered on January 2. It airs on SonyLIV and Sony Entertainment Channel.
