Shocking new details about Bill Murray’s alleged misconduct

Shocking new details have come to light about Bill Murray’s alleged misconduct on the set of one of his films — including allegations he straddled and kissed a female coworker.

The production of Being Mortal was shut down in April after the inappropriate behaviour allegations were revealed.

Now a new report by Puck News has revealed the alleged on-set incident.

According to multiple sources, Murray was “particularly friendly with one female production staffer” who was “much younger”.

The two were allegedly in close proximity to a bed, which was part of the production, when Murray “started kissing her body and straddling her”.

The publication claims the woman “couldn’t move because he outweighed her” and it is then alleged that the actor kissed her on the mouth when they were both wearing masks. Murray later said that he was just being jestful, but the woman interpreted his actions as sexual.

A source close to Murray said the actor felt “miserable” and thought the incident was a “miscommunication”.

It’s believed that the actor and the woman came to a settlement of “north of US$100,000”. The woman also agreed to waive any legal claims she might make against the producers of the film, including Searchlight and Disney.

His lawyers did not respond to questioning by Puck news, however Murray had previously opened up about the incident to CNBC.

“I did something I thought was funny, and it wasn’t taken that way… The world’s different than it was when I was a little kid.”

Being Mortal has not resumed production since April, and at the time it was shut down, it was about halfway complete.
