The early 200s brought about a revolution in Indian television. With the advancement of cable television and new channels being introduced, Ekta Kapoor made a niche for herself with her family dramas. Kasautii Zindagii Kay was one of her most successful TV shows from that time. Such was its effect that the show was even rebooted a few years ago. The original show made Shweta Tiwari, Ronit Roy, Urvashi Dholakia and Cezanne Khan, amongst others, big stars and household names. And now, there is a huge reason to rejoice for the show’s fans as there has been a mini Kasautii Zindagii Kay reunion.
Shweta Tiwari and Urvashi Dholakia recently got together for a mini KZK reunion and they shared a post in collaboration on Instagram. Sharing an adorable picture of the two of them together, Urvashi wrote, “JAB WE MET… picture toh banta hai @shweta.tiwari #aboutlastnight (sic)”. The picture sent the internet into a frenzy as the fans loved this meeting of the ‘OG Prerna and Komolika’.

Apart from Kasautii Zindagii Kay, both Shweta and Urvashi have another thing in common as in different seasons, both of them have been the winners of the reality show Bigg Boss. Their roles in the reboot were revived by Erica Fernandes and Hina Khan respectively, and later Hina was relaced by Aamna Sharif, until the show ended. With this picture, the fans have started wanting a bigger team reunion for KZK and it would really be special.
