Popular social media app Snapchat has rung alarm bells after its new AI chatbot was caught blatantly lying to users.
Snapchat’s recent introduction of AI has had some horrific results, with the bot also presenting false assertions.
Shares in the company crashed by 20 per cent as a result of the fail.
