Diehard basketball fans on the East Coast have some tough decisions to make Thursday night.
The NBA’s playoff schedule is a nightmare for those viewers hoping to watch one game before going to bed at a reasonable hour. After the Brooklyn Nets look to avoid a 3-0 hole to the Philadelphia 76ers at 7:30 p.m. ET, two Western Conference games will occur simultaneously late at night.
Game 3 between the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings tips off at 10 p.m. ET on TNT. A half-hour later, the Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers will start on NBA TV.
Fans are upset with the NBA’s scheduling choices.
“Silly scheduling,” a fan declared.

“The two best first-round matchups and they are being played at the same time and one is on NBA TV,” another fan lamented. “Unserious league.”

There’s a lot on the line late Thursday night.
Down 2-0, the Warriors must narrow their deficit without the suspended Draymond Green. Meanwhile, the Kings can take one step closer to winning their first playoff series since 2004.
After splitting two games in Phoenix, the Suns and Clippers will each seek a 2-1 edge in Los Angeles. The series may possess the opening round’s most star power even without Paul George.
However, not all fans are going to stay up past midnight on a weeknight, and those who will can’t give their undivided attention to either game.
