On Saturday night the Miami Heat took advantage of Giannis Antetokounmpo being out of the lineup.
The Milwaukee Bucks star missed Game 3 with an injury and his absence played a major factor. Miami rode a game-high 30 points from Jimmy Butler to a 121-99 victory and a 2-1 lead in the series.
Unfortunately, the win came with a potentially devastating injury. During the latter stages of the fourth quarter Victory Oladipo drove to the basket and went down awkwardly.
He appeared to suffer a non-contact injury on his way to the basket.

The sports world has been offering its prayers to Oladipo, who has suffered several devastating injuries over the past few years.
“Prayers up for Victor Oladipo. He has been through the ringer with injuries. DEVASTATED for him,” Robert Griffin III said.

“Victor Oladipo just went down with an apparent knee injury and had to be helped to the locker room…Prayers up,” said Hoop Central.

Head coach Erik Spoelstra was equally devastated by the sight of seeing Oladipo down.
“We don’t know right now. We’ll get him checked out tomorrow,” he said. “I feel like how everybody feels…That’s definitely not a good feeling to see Vic on the floor like that. I feel like throwing up right now, but I don’t know what the diagnosis is. I want to stay positive on this.”
We’ll have the latest on his injury when it’s available.
