Kevin Durant is back.
The Phoenix Suns star forward is expected to make his return on Wednesday when the team hosts the Minnesota Timberwolves on ESPN at Footprint Center, according to The Athletic and Stadium’s Shams Charania.
Durant has missed the last 10 games after he sustained an ankle injury during pregame warmups on March 8th, which was supposed to be his first home game with the Suns.
“After missing 10 games with a sprained ankle, Phoenix Suns All-NBA star Kevin Durant will make his return Wednesday vs. the Minnesota Timberwolves barring setback, league sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.”

Fans across the NBA world reacted to the news on social media.
It'll be interesting to see the Wolves' defensive matchups vs. Phoenix.
How I'd run it:
Conley — Paul
Edwards — Booker
McDaniels — Durant
Towns — Okogie
Gobert — AytonI guess you could switch Gobert on Okogie — exploiting the "spy Rudy" concept we've seen in the past. https://t.co/6X6P2x3G9Y

Durant is averaging 29.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 5.2 assists this season on 57 percent shooting from the field and 54 percent from long distance.
Durant, at his request, was traded from the Brooklyn Nets to the Suns in a blockbuster trade in early February.
