With three games to go, the Dallas Mavericks sit on the outside of the play-in looking in. They’ve gone 7-12 since acquiring star guard Kyrie Irving.
Because of that, many are beginning to question whether or not Kyrie will even be a Maverick next season after the team surrendered two players and three future draft picks to get him.
But Irving is reportedly willing to see things through in Dallas. As longtime NBA writer Marc Stein reports, “The rumbles have been that [Kyrie] wants to stay.”

Irving is averaging 26.7 points, 5.9 assists and 5.1 rebounds since his arrival.
