After the Denver Nuggets swept the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals, LeBron James hinted at the possibility of retirement.
James, 38, just capped his 20th season in the league.
However, during Wednesday’s Fox Sports’ Undisputed show, Shannon Sharpe said he’s not buying the rumors.
“I do believe he’s coming back. I believe he loves the game of basketball. I believe he believes that if they can bring somewhat of this team back with Anthony Davis and have a full training camp to be together, I believe he believes they have what it takes.
“If he and AD can stay healthy, they get a shooter here and there, Skip. I believe he believes they can go win a title next year.”
NBA fans reacted to the news on social media.
