Legendary NBA big man Shaquille O’Neal has allegedly been evading plaintiffs attempting to serve him for the FTX scandal.

“They have tried to serve him at home. They have tried to serve him at the studio. They have reportedly “tossed the legal papers” at his SUV.

They claim O’Neal is dodging process. He denies it.

The plaintiffs requested an opportunity to serve O’Neal by direct message on Twitter and Instagram. The president judge called the request “frivolous,” and he denied it,” Pro Football Talk writes.

Yikes.

Now, that would be pretty funny.

“racing to the board and there’s a process server there to meet them,” one fan joked.

“I was hoping Kenny would actually go through the certification process but yea this might be better,” one fan added.

“They do the “rubber ducks fall from the ceiling” prank but its actually his summons,” another fan added.

How would you like to see Shaq served?
