The Memphia Grizzlies suspended Ja Morant after he again appeared to flash a gun during an Instagram Live video.

Shortly after the video surfaced, the team announced the decision Sunday morning in a brief statement shared on Twitter.

We are aware of the social media video involving Ja Morant,” the team said. “He is suspended from all team activities pending League review. We have no further comment at this time.”

NBA fans are dismayed by the situation repeating itself. The NBA suspended Morant in March after an Instagram video showed him holding a gun inside a Denver club.

“Absolutely the RIGHT decision,” a fan declared. “Enough is enough.”

“Well, he left them no choice,” another fan reasoned. “It will be interesting to see what league does or if there is anything they can do.”

“Finding his way into the conversation of dumbest athletes of all time,” a fan wrote.

“This is so embarrassing,” a Grizzlies fan stated.

Following his March suspension, Morant apologized for making a “terrible mistake” and said he entered a counseling program to learn how to better manage stress. He returned to the Grizzlies on March 22 after missing eight games.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, an NBA spokesperson said they’re “gathering more information” on the incident.
