The San Antonio Spurs picked Victor Wembanyama No.1 overall in the 2023 NBA Draft.
Now the question is when will the 19-year-old make his summer league debut.
NBA Insider Marc Stein tweeted the answer on Tuesday, saying it’s coming later this week.
“The Spurs’ current plan is indeed for Victor Wembanyama to make his San Antonio debut Friday night in Las Vegas against Charlotte.”

Wembanyama is the most hyped prospect since LeBron James, a future first-ballot Hall of Famer, was selected No.1 overall in the 2003 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
There’s also been talk that Wembanyama is so good he could be named an All-Star during his rookie season.
That’s why fans can’t wait for the French phenom to touch the basketball court finally. It will occur against Brandon Miller, the Charlotte Hornets’ No.2 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft.
