They are placed fifth in the ten-team IPL 2023 points table with 12 points in as many matches. They won their last match against Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 112 runs. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), on the other hand, are out of the playoffs race after losing eighth of their 12 matches so far.
As the two teams gear up to clash against each other for the first time in the IPL 2023, let’s have a look at four players who can score most runs in the match.
Heinrich Klaasen: The wicketkeeper-batter is currently the leading run-scorer for SRH and has shown a lot of intent and character. He scored 64 runs off 44 balls in his last outing against Gujarat Titans (GT). The next highest run-scorer for SRH in the match were Bhuvneshwar Kumar (27 off 26) and Mayank Markande (18*).

Aiden Markram: The SRH captain would be looking to score high in the last two league games in a rather forgettable season for him as a batter and a leader. In 11 matches so far, he has scored 217 runs at an average of 21.70 and a strike rate of 127.64.
Markram has scores of 6, 28 and 10 in his last three matches. Overall, he has played two matches against RCB and scored 41 runs at an average of 20.50 and a strike rate of 100.
Virat Kohli: The superstar batter would be aiming to go big in the must-win game for his side. In the season so far, Kohli has scored 438 runs in 12 matches at an average of 39.81 and a strike rate of 131.53. Six fifties have come off his blade already.
Kohli has scores of 55, 1, and 18 in his last three outings. Overall, he has played 20 matches against SRH and scored 569 runs at an average of 31.61 and a strike rate of 136.77.
