Staff Selection Commission on Wednesday, November 17 conducts Constable (GD) Exam 2021. The first shift examination is reportedly now over at all examination centers. This results in bringing the exam analysis of November 16 held SSC GD Constable Exam 2021. According to the feedback submitted by the candidates, the overall difficulty level of the first shift exam is average as the pattern of the examination was similar to day 1.
This is for the 2nd day when SSC conducts the Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021 as it began yesterday, on November 16. Based on the feedback from the candidates, the examination is being conducted at designated centers across the country. The online exam will be hosted following social distancing and COVID-19 protocols.
The official answer key, however, will be released by the commission only after the examination is over. The candidates will be provided with a chance to raise objections, if any, against the provisional key.
According to students, the computer-based test consists of 100 multiple-choice type questions divided into 4 sections namely General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and General English/ Hindi. The difficulty level of Elementary Mathematics was comparatively difficult than to the Reasoning, General Awareness and Language subjects.

Reasoning: Questions were asked from topics including Time & Distance, Age, Numer Series, Odd & Out, Classification, Coding-Decoding, Word Formation, Blood Relations, and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
Mathematics: Questions were from topics including SI & CI, Profit & Loss, Mensuration, Average, Work & Time LCM & HCF, Time and Work, etc.
General Awareness: Questions were asked from 2020 Current Affairs, Indian Constitution, Indian Economy, Geography Sports, International Events, Awards, etc.

English Language: Questions were based on topics including Synonyms/ Antonyms, Wrongly-spelt words, Idioms & Phrases, One-Word Substitution, Improvement of Sentences, Sentence Rearrangement, Cloze Passage, Fill in the Blanks, etc.
It may be noted that the marking scheme comprises 1 mark for correct response and -0.25 marks for each wrong answer. There is no deduction of marks for unattempted questions.
