Warriors guard Steph Curry put his golf skills on display last weekend, making an 18-foot putt for eagle to win the American Century Championship.
Curry’s performance on the golf course was so impressive that it had everyone wondering if he’s just good at every sport.
Well, during an interview with Robin Lundberg of Sports Illustrated, the four-time NBA champion was asked if he could become a pro golfer if he gave the sport all of his attention.
Curry had a very honest and respectful response to that question.
“It’s something that I would be confident I could work towards because that’s the competitor in me, but I say that with a caveat of complete and utter respect for the professional golfers out there that dedicated their lives to it because I do understand how hard it could be,” Curry said. “Both can be true. I feel like I can get there, but I also know it would be a lot harder than probably success in basketball for me.”

Professional golf is no joke, that’s for sure. We’ve seen the toughest courses make elite competitors look silly.
That being said, Curry has a great feel for the game. If he committed to it, maybe he would make some noise.
