Stockholm-based DJ trio and record label Studio Barnhus has teamed up with Happy Socks for an exclusive collaboration dedicated to fans who like to dance their days and nights away.
Founded by friends Viktor Tell and Mikael Soderlindh in 2008, Happy Socks is a Swedish brand created to spread happiness by turning an everyday essential into a high-quality colourful design piece. Boasting a fruitful range of collaborators, including Miike Snow, adidas, Terry Richardson, Keds, Opening Ceremony and more, the brand has become renowned for its myriad of different patterns and a seemingly infinite run of colour combos.
Crafted with sustainability and functionality in mind, the L.S.B. socks are rendered in a durable recycled polyamide and boast everything you need for a heavy night out—such as perfect blood circulation, arch support, and even reinforced heels and toes for maximum comfort and durability.
Limited to just one style, the socks show off two different designs in one pair. The left sock keeps it simple and sleek with embroidery, whereas the right one is exquisitely random with knitted designs.
Describing the collaboration as “an honest attempt at reaching the 7th level of consciousness or maybe even a portal to the sole,’’ the Stockholm-based trio have also marked the release with an accompanying track which can be seen above.
