A Laval-based owner of a 2011 Audi A4, the star of the video seen below, was trying to sell her car to accumulate some funds for a down payment for a house. Little did she know that the person who came to test-drive the car was going to leave with it, without paying, and in a hurry.

In fact, her 2011 Audi A4 had traveled about 550 kilometres undetected from Laval to Vaughan before being caught on surveillance cameras smashing through the Vaughan Mills’ glass doors at around 1:10 a.m. The driver proceeded to drive around the mall, and at one point during the tour, the hooded suspects stopped to pick up some free electronics, some souvenirs, if you will. The suspects then crashed once more into a set of doors and escaped. The cops showed up shortly after 1:30 a.m. but the thieves had already checked out, well, they didn’t really check out since that would involve a register, cashier, etc. Basically, they were long-gone.
Currently, police are looking for information on the car and the suspects’ whereabouts. No descriptions of the criminals involved are available at this point in time.
