Strictly: Dan Walker reveals ‘issues’ in Tango training
Strictly Come Dancing ’s Nadiya Bychkova looked tearful as she left filming last night following partner Dan Walker’s secret backstage breakdown.
The 32-year-old professional dancer struggled to hold back tears as she was pictured in the back of a taxi.
A downcast Dan left in a separate cab following an emotional evening on the ITV show, which saw the pair dance the Tango to Santa Maria by Gotan Project scoring them 31 points.
But it was the date that got to BBC Breakfast presenter Dan as he reflected on the 10th anniversary of the death of his good pal Gary Speed.

Football legend Gary, who managed Wales before his death, killed himself at the age of 42 in a devastating tragedy for the sport.
Dan was said to be “in bits” because he had watched a re-run of his interview with Gary which took place the day before he died.
A source told The Sun: “The two were very close and it was a haunting, harrowing watch.
“Dan tried to hold it together, but the emotion of the evening became too much after their dance and he broke down in the dressing room.”

Nadiya consoled Dan as he “sobbed on her shoulder” away from the cameras backstage.
And it seemed emotions were still running high when the pair left the studio as both struggled to raise a smile.
Since being partnered together on Strictly, Nadiya and Dan have become good friends.
Speaking about their friendship, Dan said: “She makes me laugh and I think she’s learned a lot from me and I’ve learned a lot from her.
“I know I’m not the best dancer in the world, but what she’s taught me is that I can actually dance and just go out there and have the best possible time with a big smile on my face.”
Nadiya revealed the pair just clicked, saying: “Last year I didn’t have a partner but to have Daniel this year… I don’t think I can put into words how amazing it is.”

Dan added: “Sometimes the right person walks into your life at the right time.”
Some fans have branded this year’s Strictly a ‘fix’ after the BBC presenter has managed to remain on the show and avoid the dreaded dance-off on multiple occasions.
The 44-year-old has been a Strictly wildcard, often picked as a favourite to go every weekend.
