The 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue premiere red carpet event at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York City on Thursday, May 18 brought out tons of models, A-list celebs and even Swim Search finalists.
Jena Sims, a non-profit CEO and fashion designer, donned a gorgeous one-shouldered navy blue mini dress, which she coordinated with strappy golden heels and a matching handbag. The 34-year-old soon-to-be mom opted for bold glam, including a dark smokey eye. Sims is among the final seven women in this year’s Swim Search open casting call.

Sharina Guiterrez, an additional ’23 Swim Search finalist, absolutely dazzled in a teeny tiny crystal bra top and a low-rise black skirt with a slit up the front. The 32-year-old entrepreneur and mom of three accessorized with ultra platform shoes. Her Marc Jacobs ensemble was styled by Julian Mack.

Adison Justis, one of this year’s top 12 Swim Search selections, has been modeling full-time since the age of 17. Now 22, Justis celebrated her birthday by walking the red carpet the very same day. She dazzled in a dress by Aya Muse and accessorized with jewels by Jacquie Aiche.

Penny Lane, another top seven finalist in this year’s open casting call, stole the show in a floor length long sleeve black gown with stitched detailing up the chest and legs. The 27-year-old model and health coach paired her bold look with strappy black heels and simple but elegant makeup.

Model and influencer Acacia McBride donned a sheer black strapless number for the occasion, which the 25-year-old Swim Search top 12 finalist accessorized with pointed-toe clear heels.

The following evening, models flaunted their incredible looks on the red carpet at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino – Hollywood, Fla., before enjoying a concert by cover girl Kim Petras.
Sims looked exquisite in a sparkly bra top and matching mini skirt with intricate chain detailing on the top and fringe on the bottom. She accessorized with bedazzled shoes and wore her hair up to let her outfit shine.

Guiterrez rocked a purple long sleeved floor length gown with a pair of pointed-toe strappy heels and statement earrings.

Summer Wilson, a 2021 Swim Search finalist, joined the festivities and opted for a metallic mini dress with a plunging neckline and asymmetrical hem. She accessorized with nude strappy heels and dangly earrings.
