Swizz Beatz and Timbaland Settle Lawsuit With Triller Over ‘Verzuz’ Acquisition Payments

Swizz Beatz and Timbaland have ended their legal battle with Triller.

The Verzuz co-founders sued the video-sharing platform back in August, claiming it failed to make payments in their Verzuz acquisition deal.

“VERZUZ has always been a platform that is by the artists, for the artists and with the people,” co-founders Swizz and Timbaland said in a statement. “We’re glad to come to an amicable agreement with Triller and continue giving fans the music and community that they’ve come to know and love from the brand.”
