T.J. Holmes, Amy Robach’s fate at ABC still undecided after latest sex scandal

T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach’s fate at ABC is still undecided, even after the latest bombshell to drop regarding Holmes’ alleged extracurricular love life at the network.

After it was reported that Holmes allegedly shagged a junior ABC employee, Page Six has learned that the scandalous couple is still awaiting a decision at the network on their employment status.

As of Friday morning, “no decision” has been made about whether or not Holmes and Robach will remain as hosts of “GMA3,” an insider told us.

“There’s been little movement. [ABC brass] does not seem to [be] very competent in how they’re handling this,” another insider said.

The co-hosts names are still being announced at the top of the show, and we’re told their photos remained hanging on the walls at ABC on Thursday, according to a source.

But their jobs — as they know them — may be over.

Multiple sources told us the duo are “very likely out” as hosts of the show, and ongoing allegations of Holmes sleeping with staffers are not helping his case.

Holmes’ latest alleged fling was with a low-level producer, then 24, whom he reportedly had sex with in his office in 2015. Sources familiar with the employee described her as “a young girl excited about her first job in the TV biz” at the time.

“She was a nice girl, who probably developed a crush — seeking mentorship and he took advantage of it,” one source said.

Pals of Holmes were stunned to learn about how reckless he allegedly was on the job because “T.J. has always been careful about how he moves,” one person put it.

“He worked very hard and it took him a long time to get to ‘GMA,’ and it’s unfortunate that he may lose his job over Amy [and sleeping with the staff],” the insider added.

Holmes, on the other hand, may have been prepared for the new development. A spy, who spotted him out in New York this week told us he appeared “totally normal and unfazed.”

He has not commented on the latest allegations. Page Six has also reported that Holmes was allegedly involved in a three-year affair with another “GMA” producer.

Holmes and Robach’s alleged relationship was revealed last month. They’ve each split with their respective spouses, Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue.

The co-anchors were pulled off the air when ABC News president Kim Godwin told staffers on an internal call, we reported, that the alleged affair had become too much of an “internal and external distraction.”

Reps for ABC and the couple did not get back to us by deadline.
