When it comes to sitcoms, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most loved and renowned show. TMKOC is also one of the longest-running sitcoms. Previously, the show was grabbing headlines due to several controversies. It was also said that Disha Vakani aka Dayaben would return to TMKOC very soon, but sadly, such was not the case. The audience was full of excitement to see Dayaben back on the show and tickle our funny bones with Jethalal, aka Dilip Joshi. Sadly, she did not return, and it has left the fans of TMKOC quite disappointed.

Not only this, but the fans have also slammed Asit Modi for playing with the emotions of the fans. A few months back, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah had completed 15 years. On the occasion, Asit Modi had shared that Disha Vakani would be returning on screen. He said, “Hearty congratulations to everyone on this journey of 15 years. There is one artist we cannot forget. Daya Bhabhi aka Disha Vakani. She has entertained fans and made us laugh through it all. Fans are waiting for her comeback. And I also promise you that Disha Vakani will be back in Taarak Mehta very soon”.

There’s no doubt in agreeing that the comeback of Dayaban was one to root for. And now that she has not returned, it has left many TMKOC fans’ hearts broken.
