
Erika Krouse, the author of a newly published memoir, “Tell Me Everything: The Story of a Private Investigation,” will read from her book at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, at the Denver Press Club, 1330 Glenarm Place.
Krouse’s book explores her role as a female private investigator and her role in cracking open a landmark sexual assualt case. Krouse was a new private investigator and had a personal history with sexual violence when she was hired by a lawyer to track down a culture of sexual violence inside a major university’s football program. The case eventually would become a national scandal and a historic civil rights case.
Krouse earned a master’s degree in English literature and creative writing from the University of Colorado Boulder. She teaches and mentors for the Lighthouse Book Project at Lighthouse Writers Workshop in Denver.
“Tell Me Everything” is published by Flatiron Books, a division of McMillan, and has been optioned by Playground Entertainment for TV adaptation.
