In addition to the AERO Hot Chocolate Jars stocked at Tesco, Nestlé has recalled two other similar items, which may also contain small pieces of food-grade silica beads.

The FSA issued a risk statement: “These products may contain small pieces of food-grade silica beads, making them unsafe to eat.”
