Thanks, Cardi B, Now I’m Reaching for the Copper Hair Dye

Cardi B has been having an exciting Scorpio season. On November 2, the Libra rapper announced she will be hosting the American Music Awards later in the month, so we’re already anticipating the jaw-dropping beauty moments to come. She also shared the news that she was finally able to purchase a house in her home city of New York, joining the ones she already owns in Atlanta and Los Angeles. She gave fans on Instagram a peek of her new home with an unexpected bonus: a look at her brand-new ginger hair color.

For those that have been living under a rock, the copper hair agenda has been all over social media with folks trying the color in various shades like bright tangerines, cinnamon-colored browns, and strawberry blondes. Cardi’s new hair color is closer to a dark auburn. She’s rocking inches, so this lengthy wig cascades past her waist. The straight hair seems to be parted down the middle, but it’s impossible to know for sure underneath that very Cheetah Girls beret. She paired the animal print hat with a matching trench coat, which she wore to visit her new home. The ginger hair and leopard print are a match made in heaven if you ask us. 

Now this is Cardi we’re talking about, so this hairstyle was pretty short-lived, which is common for the performer. A few hours after sharing the Instagram post, she was already rocking another popular hair trend, curtain bangs, on her Instagram story. In the videos she posted, she sings a few tunes while someone styles her black tousled bun and lengthy fringe. There’s not a day that goes by where we aren’t scouring her Instagram page for new beauty inspiration and to see the latest hair-care remedy she has for her fans.
