The 1975 brings its tour with a really great title to SAP Center in San Jose

The 1975 is heading to San Jose.

The English pop-rock outfit brings its biggest North American tour to date — dubbed The 1975 “Still … at their very best” — to the SAP Center in San Jose on Sept. 28.

And, yes, that is one of the best tour names to come around in a really long time.

The band also plays the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento on Sept. 26 — which is the first night of the tour.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. June 23, ticketmaster.com.

The group — which also plays the Outside Lands festival in San Francisco in August — is supporting its fifth studio album, “Being Funny In a Foreign Language.”
