The Bear‘s culinary producer, Courtney Storer, basically scored our dream job and got to help pick out all the restaurants that were featured in the season including Giant, Poulette, Ever, and more! Not only that, a lot of the hands and cameos you see of chefs making some really beautiful and amazing dishes are their real-life back-and-front-of-house staff who work hard everyday IRL when they’re not filming cool scenes for fun montages.
