There’s long been a craving for dining experiences that feel uniquely personal. From Omakase experiences to chef’s tastings, to restaurants with a view of the kitchen, everyone wants a meal that is not just delicious but unlike any other they have had before.
The Bellagio Conservatory has a new and exclusive dining experience.
We don’t often expect to get that in a place like Las Vegas, known for their large buffets where the only thing bigger than the variety of dishes is the size of the crowd. But that’s all about to change as The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens just launched The Garden Table dining experience.
These pre-fixe menus, available at brunch or dinner, created by the teams at MICHAEL MINA Bellagio and Sadelle’s Café, are meant to be a complete experience for the senses, both on and off the plate. And they are sure to be intimate and meaningful, as only six people can sit at the Garden Table at a time and the table can be reserved for up to two hours.
“The Bellagio Conservatory is one of Las Vegas’ most visited and most photographed attractions. We wanted to create an entirely new and immersive way for our guests to experience the beauty of this space, ” said Bellagio Vice President of Food & Beverage Josef Wagner in a statement.. “The sights, sounds, colors, and energy of the Conservatory, combined with chefs Michael Mina and Mario Carbone curating the culinary journey, make for an epic experience that only Bellagio can deliver.”
The first Garden Table will be in conjunction with Conservatory’s Jungle of Dreams summer installation, and be surrounded by all kinds of animal-inspired sculptures and plant life.
The menus will include a Dinner by MICHAEL MINA Bellagio with dishes ranging from Crispy Spot Prawns with young coconut, makrut lime, sweet & sour mango, and curry leaf to Miso-Marinated Hamachi Kama with ginger scallion and sudachi. The Conservatory Brunch by Sadelle’s Café will include their famous Signature Bagel Tower with Smoked Salmon and bagels among other traditional accouterments.
These Garden Table experiences will be available for future Bellagio Conservatory displays as well with menus rotating seasonally.
