After a year and a half spent mainly inside, my workout routine called for some serious adjusting. This bundle of Bala Resistance Bands includes a set of five color coordinated restraint levels, each with their own motivational quote to help get you through your workout. The colorful aesthetic alone makes my workouts more enjoyable and fun, while their versatility makes it easy to break a sweat indoors. Personally, I love starting off with the light, peach band to stretch with, incorporating the blue medium strap to my pilates mat workouts, and ending on the red heavy band with a few glute workouts.
