Apple Podcasts’ number one podcast of the year, The Deck Investigates with Ashley Flowers, will begin its first tour of a cross-country live show for fans. The hit podcast is produced by Flowers’ female-focused production company Audiochuck, and sheds light on true crimes that remain cold. The cases have gone unsolved for so long that law enforcement has put them on a deck of 52 playing cards and passed them out in prisons in hopes of finally finding answers.

Flowers, who also created and hosts the popular podcast Crime Junkie, and is a NY Times Bestselling Author, will host the tour, which begins February 1st in San Antonio, Texas. Each 90-minute live show will resemble the format of a podcast episode and will explore a case that took place not far from her childhood home. The 1984 murder and abduction of Darlene Hulse at her own home in Argos, Indiana.

“I’m deeply honored that Darlene’s family has allowed me to bring her story to so many people,” Flowers told Forbes. “The details of her case and the injustice she and her family have suffered could easily have gotten lost to time in her small Indiana town. But I believe bringing her story to so many people will put the much needed momentum behind her case at a time when solving it seems the most possible.”

Tickets for The Deck Investigates with Ashley Flowers go on sale Monday, Dec. 12, at 10 a.m. local venue time. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sale will go to support Season of Justice, a non-profit dedicated to providing funding to help solve cold cases.
