As Panda took to The Masked Singer stage once again to perform Story of My Life, viewers rushed to Twitter to confirm they believe it is Cheryl hiding under the cuddly costume. A number of clues pointed to the mother-of-one being Panda including the several references to One Direction.
Panda shared a number of new clues with fans of The Masked Singer on Saturday evening explaining they want to “follow my own path” and came to a “fork in the road”.
They added they had to “make a choice to explore another avenue” in their career.
This could hint at their choice to move away from being part of Girls Aloud and forging their own solo career.
Cheryl was a judge for several years on The X Factor too stepping away from her role in the girl group.

Diana posted: “I think Panda is Natalie Imbruglia #TheMaskedSinger.”
Keven Law continued: “Blimey Panda couldn’t be anymore Natalie Imbruglia if she tried @natimbruglia #MaskedSingerUK #maskedsinger #TheMaskedSinger.”
Meanwhile, Kayleigh Harrison guessed: “There’s a song called ‘Story of my Life’ in Shrek the musical… and who was in the original London cast… Amanda Holden #panda #TheMaskedSinger.”
However, according to bookmakers Ladbrokes, Lulu is favourite to be revealed as Panda with odds of 5/2.
