As with the other mixes in this line (which includes a fantasy-worthy banana bread), the cookie mix is very easy to follow. It only requires the contents of the box as well as the addition of butter and one egg. The mix includes all the facets of a perfect cookie (aptly), such as semi-sweet chocolate chunks and sea salt, to create that much-coveted sweet and salty balance that few desserts truly achieve, or do well.
These baking mix recipes are all based on Teigen’s cookbooks and home cookie, so it’s fair to say they reflect what her family feels is the perfect chocolate chip cookie as well.
