What will season 3 of The Witcher be about?
As we’re still quite a long way off getting the third season, Netflix has yet to confirm the plot. However, things will probably become a lot clearer after the second season has aired as it will likely be a continuation of the events that unfold in that. Luckily, we won’t have to wait too much longer for season two of The Witcher as it is scheduled to drop on Netflix on 17 December 2021.
Fans will also know that The Witcher is based on the series of fantasy novels and short stories written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski, so perhaps we can look to the books for clues on what to expect from season three.

Is there a release date for season 3 of The Witcher?
Yes, as we mentioned above, Netflix posted the latest season 3 teaser just a few hours ago, alongside the caption: “This summer, everything changes. The Witcher Season 3 begins on June 29.”
