These Milk Makeup Products Are Worth Every Single Penny

Let’s face it — the beauty industry is growing rapidly every single day. While we do love the growth we sometimes feel there are just way too many brands to choose from. I mean, how do you know which one is actually worth your buck? Thankfully, we Allure editors do our research to deliver only the best, and on that list is Milk Makeup.

In 2016, Milk Makeup was launched by some employees at Milk Studios, a creative hub in New York City, in the hopes to bring effective, easy-to-use formulas with good ingredients to the makeup world. Not to mention, the brand is vegan and cruelty-free —  two attributes we love.

Milk Makeup holds a hefty collection of beauty products. The selection ranges from base to lips to eyes and there’s something for every skin tone and skin type. If you’re into it, look no further. To make things easy on you, we broke down our favorite products from Milk Makeup by category below so you can shop with ease and zero stress.

The Best Milk Makeup Base Products

Blur Liquid Matte Foundation

Milk Makeup Sunshine Under Eye Tint + Brighten

The Hydro Grip Primer adds incredible hydration with ingredients like hyaluronic acid and uses blue agave to lock in your makeup. Unlike your traditional liquid primer, this one is made of a gel-like formula. Prepare for super-smooth makeup application and hydrated skin with this Best of Beauty winner, especially with the addition of niacinamide (a well-known antioxidant).

Contrary to the old adage, you can judge a book by its cover with the Blur Liquid Matte Foundation, as not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it’s equally as photo-worthy on the skin, thanks to teeny powder-filled microspheres which impart a blurring effect. Plus, this formula is oil-free, fragrance-free, and silicone-free.

The Sunshine Under Eye Tint + Brightening applies with ease with its click-pen top. Just give it one or two clicks and the pen dispenses a lightweight liquid to a rollerball, which can then be glided over the undereye area. In the formula live squalane, hyaluronic, and vitamin C, which give a hydrating and brightening boost.

The mango butter and apricot oil in the Matte Cream Bronzer help glide the matte pigment onto the skin with nothing but ease. We also love to use it as a contour stick because of how seamlessly it blends and applies to cheekbones.
