SHARJAH, 14th November, 2022 (WAM) – The Collage Talent Center of the Sharjah Ladies Club announced the opening of “Noon Arts Award” exhibition in its fifth edition, which will be held under the motto “The Past and the Present”, in the Noon Art Gallery of the Collage Talent Center from 17-19 November 2022, with the participation of 13 artists from a different nationality, to celebrate their unique talents in the field of creative work.

The award’s theme represents the evolution of human ideas and behaviors throughout time. The competition is open to female artists 18 years & above.

Doaa Al Mahri, Director of the Corporate Communication Department at the Sharjah Ladies Club, said that the club seeks to achieve its vision and lofty goals to support and empower women talents in the cultural and creative fields, including the fields of drawing and photography.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, a number of art workshops will be held, including a dialogue session to discuss artworks with artist Alonsa Guevara from Tashkeel on November 17, and on November 18 a workshop on the basics of abstract photography using the Nikon Z 50 mirrorless camera provided by Nikon Middle East, and a workshop on the basics of abstract photography using the Nikon Z 50 mirrorless camera. “Imprints on Clay” organised by Sharjah Art Foundation on November 19, the closing day of the exhibition.

She added that the winners of all award categories will be announced through the honouring ceremony, which will be held on November 16.
