ASOS is selling Rimmel’s Long Lasting Matte Foundation for just £1 instead of £7.99 – and no, it’s not a mistake.
Shade ‘Deep Mocha’ has been slashed to quid, however shade Classic Tan is still set at its original price of £7.99.
It seems beauty lovers have already caught onto the bargain as most shades have already sold out, so we wouldn’t wait around if we were you.
The popular beauty product has racked up more than 150 five star reviews on ASOS alone, and there’s a 160 on Boots’ website, where the foundation is still at full price.
One shopper who said it’s ‘the best foundation I have ever tried’ went on to say: “Wow! I am so happy with this amazing foundation. I have oily skin and large pores and have really had problems in the oast with foundations making my face look cakey and skin texture seem worse than it really is. This foundation has the softest, smoothest texture with full coverage. It stays matte all day and totally hides my large pores, providing me with a flawless smooth finish.”
A second shopper also rating it five stars said: “Great finish and coverage. Lovely on top of primer mixed with highlighter. Bought 2 to stop my sister stealing mine.”
One shopper even wore the foundation while in labour and said it’s ‘as tough as the female body.’
She added: “11 hours of labour, 3 hours of pushing and a few hours recovery and this stuff was still looking great on my face! 10/10.”
The Rimmel foundation is said to have an ultra-lightweight feel, but is thick enough to provide you with the extra coverage needed. It has long-lasting shine control, providing a fresh and smooth finish to the skin.
It usually comes in 19 shades, but due to it being so popular, only shade ‘Deep Mocha’ is now available.
